Silver Spur Resort is a 2,700-acre private resort community comprised of 5+ acre properties with panoramic views overlooking Lake Pateros, the Okanogan River and the Cascade Mountain Range. Located just 25 miles north of Lake Chelan, Silver Spur is an outdoor recreational paradise! A stamped concrete drive takes you through a covered gatehouse entryway, similar to driving into Yellowstone National Park. Large granite boulder columns support the roof structure on each side of the gatehouse. An iron and wood electronic gate opens up to 2,700 acres of your own private community. All properties will have paved roads, underground power, phone, and water. At the top of the resort is a 7,000 sq. ft. community lodge fully furnished with an indoor / outdoor fireplace, commercial kitchen, lounge area with billiards, game room, exercise facility, conference room, guest rooms, and great room with indoor / outdoor 30 ft. tall custom rock fireplace.

As you walk outside of the Lodge, a bridge takes you across to a custom hot tub set in granite, illuminated at night, with water that cascades down to the 1000 sq. foot swimming pool. The Pool Facility includes restrooms and showers, and a fire pit that looks out at Lake Pateros and the Cascades with two fenced tennis courts below.

An 800-acre equestrian center with stables is located on the north end of the resort along with a new R.V. park that includes multiple water, power, and septic hook-ups for family and friends in a park like setting. Miles of trail systems lead you out into State Land and National Forest.
