Silver Spur Resort is a 2,700-acre private resort community comprised of acreage properties with panoramic views overlooking Lake Pateros, the Okanogan River and the Cascade Mountain Range. rete drive takes you through a covered gatehouse entryway, similar to driving into Yellowstone National Park. Large granite boulder columns support the roof structure on each side of the gatehouse. An iron and wood electronic gate opens up to 2,700 acres of your own private community. All properties will have paved roads, underground power, phone and water. At the top of the resort is a 7,000 sq. foot community lodge fully furnished with a lounge area with Commercial kitchen, game rooms, exercise facility, conference room, guest rooms, and great room with indoor/outdoor 30 ft. tall custom rock fireplace.
As you walk outside the Lodge, a bridge takes you across to a custom hot tub set in granite, illuminated at night, looking down at the 1,000 sq. foot swimming pool. The Pool Facility includes restrooms and showers, and a fire pit that looks out at Lake Pateros and the Cascades with two fenced tennis courts below.
